The Benioff Center for Microbiome Medicine is pleased to offer an Introduction to SPOKE, led by Sergio Baranzini, PhD, Professor of Neurology, UCSF Weill Institute for Neurosciences.

SPOKE is a large biomedical knowledge graph that connects information from more than 40 databases. A graphical user interface (Neighborhood Explorer) enables users to navigate intuitively through diseases, genes, proteins, pathways, drugs, microorganisms and more! In this workshop, we will introduce the main features of SPOKE, and conduct several searches of potential interest to the microbiome researcher. No prior coding experience is required.

Access the SPOKE neighbourhood explorer.
